My elec shower broke along time ago and i have s shower head hose etc but would like to just connect it to the taps. Proplem is i have 2 seperate Hot nCold. How can i connect the hose to the taps, i have everything else but it seems u need mixer taps to do it. :x

Without changing the taps you're limited to something like this: http://www.wilko.com/shower-accessories/croydex-showerbath-mixer-set/invt/0194812 However, if hot and cold supplies are not balanced, (i.e. both tank fed or both mains fed) it'll be a pig to get a comfortable and stable showering temperature.

If cold water is mains feed and hot water tank fed, then if cold water is drawn off elsewhere (or the cold storage cistern starts to refill as the hot water is drawn off) you could easily get scalded. Use with caution, and I certainly wouldnt allow young, elderly or inform people to use it.

To be honest you'd probably be better to save your money and get the electric shower replaced. Screwfix has the Triton range starting from £40, http://www.screwfix.com/p/triton-agio-manual-electric-shower-white-8-5kw/98909 Which is not a vast amount more than Wilko's offering. :)

Basically what the Wilko part in the link does. White bar section fixes to taps, and remains there, diverter is then used to either fill bath or send flow to shower head.
