Shower pump casing leaking

I have just installed a shower pump but when I turn the waster on it starts leaking from underneath all connectors are tight and not leaking can anyone help at all

If its a leaky pump take it back.

Can`t see much from the photos I`m afraid but deffo take back, most probably plastic end housing fractured from being dropped or kicked around the warehouse.
