Hi,
I have just moved into a 3rd floor flat.
The shower in the bathroom is of a mixer valve type and is fed via a hot water cylinder tank and cold water from the tank in the loft.
The flow rate from the shower is quite low and i wish to improve this.

Option 1 is to put a shower pump with a twin hot/cold to the pipes feeding the mixer.

Option 2 is to put a single feed pump in between the outlet of the mixer and the shower head.

Option 2 to me seems like an easier option, but what is the best and normal method.

What size of pump would be suitable
Thank you very much

Fit a twin pump, can be picked up from screwfix 1.5bar ample enough.
If you can fit it low down ie at foot of hot water tank normal will do, however if it needs to go in loft will prob need negative head. pumpwise site is very good for determining type of system. Salamander recommended fitted 3 in previous homes/in laws.
