We have 2 showers, 1 which is gravity fed and another which is pump driven. On the gravity fed one, it is possible to turn the hot up to a point where the water becomes too hot for a shower. On the other however, the one with the pump, the hot is up as high as it will go, but the water, although hot enough for the rest of the family, is not hot enough for me because I like a really hot shower. I should add that the powered shower may have been like this since it was installed about 4 years ago, but has only been discovered 2 weeks ago when I started using it for the first time. Can someone throw some light on this please?

Pumped or not ; read the shower manufacturers installation instructions for adjustment of temperature range.

Usually simple realignment of control dial/lever.
