Shower runs hot for a couple of mins, then goes cold

My shower has started acting up
It will run hot for a few minutes, then go cold
Not freezing cold, but not nearly warm enough!

Odd thing is, if I turn the shower off, then straight back on again, it's fine... for another minute or so, then the process repeats.

The bath also comes through the same pump, and that seems to run hot indefinitely

Any idea what could be causing this?

The shower is faulty not the pump, post a pic of the shower.

I suspect the thermostatic cartridge will need t be replaced.
