We've had an unvented cylinder, new boiler (worcester bosch cdi 30 system) and it's great. 2 showers run well now without our previous noisy shower pump.

However, on one shower (mira gem 88 BIV) the dial now has to be almost round all the way to red to get a nice shower. It used to be roughly in the middle.

Can I alter this? I've read about a flow restrictor that perhaps should be fitted in the shower hose, will this be my solution? They are only a tenner but I like the shower pressure and I can alter this by no turning the on off handle round as much.
I appreciate your help.[/list]

Thanks, reading it (and much to my surprise) the gem does not seem to be a thermostatic valve, just a simple mixer. My other shower Mira coda is thermostatic but the temp in this one is fine.
