normally a grub screw under the handle , take handle off and turn the spindle inside and put handle back on loose until you have your desired temp . they have a temp limiter on them , while its new take the whole cartridge out and grease up the seals because they are a right nightmare at a later date to remove ( if possible even )for maintenance e.g cleaning filters or cartridge replacement , because believe me it will be needed ;)(y)
 
If it's just since the warm weather I'd leave it as the cold water feed may be warm and not a lot you can do about it.. Try the cold water feed on a tap feed see if it's the same temp on you arm and compare ..Before blaming the shower unit.
