shower tray fitted

can anyone help me, i am putting in a new shower, the tray will be laid on 3/4 wbp ply, how do i fix the tray to the ply or do i just let the weight take it & do i seal the ply with anything,

the tray is a LOW PROFILE JT40 1200 x 900 Acrylic Capped Resin ( KERMI ) , what is mi instructions, thanks

I have used waterproof tile adhesive spread over the surface of the ply. Approx 3 to 6mm thick. Enough to set the tray level. Grip fill the lower side edge of tray to wall and silicone sealant upper side edge to form watertight seal. The thicker the grout, the longer it takes to go off.

I would advise aqua board lining to walls prior to any work starting especially if walls are plasterboard.
