Siamp Dual Flow Cistern.

Hi,
I have two problems with my Siamp Dual Flow Water Cistern.
1/ It is very slow in filling, I will fit a new Diaphragm Washer as advised by contributers.
2/ The Push Button has to be held in to complete a flush.
I would welcome any ideas to resolve the problem please.[/quote]
