Either build the wall up and put another course of tiles on.
Or attempt a lead detail turned over the fascia under the tiles and welting the joins with the drip going over the whatever it is at the bottom.
I wouldn't let whoever attempted that step flashing install it as the steps are backwards.
Good luck.

The top of the wall and fascia needs cladding in lead as already suggested of a cheap easy alternative you could use Wakaflex which will join its self.
then it needs underlay support trays. Then proper flashings
Without, you are on to a loser longterm

Thanks everyone. I have asked for quote from some one who has quoted £720 with lead flashing. It includes moving gutter up to the roof layer so to have water properly falling into the gutter then have a lead flashing underneith (where white facia is), create include outward (instead of inward currently so water flows out).

Does it sounds reasonable ? (its in midlands)
