We've had this dishwasher for six years and it has been pretty good to us.
18 months ago we started getting a lot of random E24 errors. This is where three machine can't pump the water out. This is normally something getting stuck round the pump.
In the end I replaced the pump because we weren't able to find anything causing the error. At the same time I replaced some other bits of cracked trim and made the whole thing look like new again.
Last week the E24 errors reappeared. It's doing it randomly - it will give the error and you can put another cycle on and it pumps the standing water out straight away.
I don't really want to replace the pump again if it's just going to fail regularly. What could be causing this problem /pumps to fail?
