I dropped my rev23rf on the floor yesterday, batteries came out, I put them back in pretty much straight away but since then the heating has failed to come on.
the unit didn't seem to have reset, it has all my settings in it rather than the factory ones, I have tried new batteries in it, tried resetting the transmitter and receiver according to.the instructions and no joy. I know the boiler is ok as we have hot water on demand it just isn't kicking in when the thermostat thinks it should. The unit display the little flame icon which normally appears as the heating comes on.
I have no other way of getting the heating on as there is no user panel on it. Only moved into the house a few months ago so not had any issues with the heating or thermostat before.
Any ideas?
