I removed the transit bolts in order to remove the plastic red disc's on the back of the outside of the machine, then re tightened the bolts. Inside the appliance was four green caps, four small springs and for larger red disc's.Should any of these been removed before I started the machine. Please help!!!!

Not sure about your model, but most machines require the complete removal of transit hardware. Would have thought there would be instalation instructions in the user manual, if not ring supplier/manufacturer.Ref your other post, if it still does not work after you sort this issue, then call an engineer out under warranty.
