silicone on paintwork and windows..?

any ideas what can remove this from the window of my car and a little on the paintwork without damaging ?

sunroof was leaking so plain old silicone from the diy shop?? have no idea how but it ended up ALL over the place :?

Agreed. Should just peel off, then get some tar&glue remover, it may take a little while to remove though, i know mine did when i got some on the roof. Not sure if white spirit or turps would do the same job because i'm unsure about their effect on paintwork. :?
