Sime boiler salus controller

Hi there

We have a sime ecomfort plus 25 he boiler and a salus rt500rf controller the heating keeps going off and when we try to turn it up on the controller it does not come on and same as when we turn the radiator heat up on the boiler the boiler flame does not stay on we have to keep resetting it can anyone help us with this thanks
