sime boiler swiching off need help

need help i have a Sime combi boiler it fires up but goes off after about 3 mins on both c/h and hot water. the first rad does start to warm up before it goes off.

also now the 3 bar release valve is stuck open

but with the 3 bar release valve is stuck open and the filler valve open the boiler will stay alight and the rads warm up.

help

Replace the prv and see what happens.
