Hi

New on here but I am having problems with the MY Sime Friendly Format 80 E boiler, hope someone can help.

My boiler will start up as normal fan, pump on gas fires and rad's get up to temperature. As normal the boiler shuts down until temperature drops below set point. When it needs to fire up again the fault occurs. Fan and pump will start but the burners do not ignite, system circulates cold water round for ever unless I turn it off.

I have found that when this happens if I switch off either at the electrical spur or just to summer setting and then back on everything works as it should until it shuts down again then have to repeat the process.

All ideas that can help would be much appreciated.

Thanks D

Hi Guys

Anybody help me with this one.

Reading through some similar posts, could it be the ignition PCB that is at fault :?:
