Sink and bath blocked

My sink in my kitchen and my first floor bathroom bath is blocked. I have an incinerator on the sink in the kitchen. What's the best way to unblock them both. They must share the same outlet. The sink in the bathroom is fine.

Any help much appreciated.

Try a bottle of plughole unblocker from a supermarket first because more than likely it's a ball of soap/hair that is wedged some where .
Did it just block up or has it got worse over weeks?
