Slow hot water flow/pressure

Hi,

In the last few days I have lost a fair amount of pressure in the hot water taps only (cold are fine). I have an Ideal Isar combi boiler.

The hot water tap in the bathroom has been dripping for a while, but does stop if closed very tight. I'm not sure if this has something to do with the problem.

Any suggestions about what could be causing it and what might fix it would be very welcome. I will give as much other info as possible if required.
