Hi all wonder if someone could give me some advice, I have really slow running hot water upstairs, could it be an air lock? I know the whole water tank in the loft was drained a while back. If it is how can I repair it myself. Appreciate any advice. Thanks

Oh and by the way it is only the bath tap, maybe I need a new tap ? Thanks for reading and hope you can help.

maybe the tap washer come apart and blocking the hole.
or an airlock if tank was drained.
if your cold is mains pressure you can use the pressure to force the hot water backwards clearing the airlock.

Thanks for the quick response, just tried the tap and it definately doesnt feel the same as the cold one, sounds like it could be the tap or washer as they are fairly old and not the best quality. Wow after all this time wondering I think I have found my answer. Thanks
