3 of my 6 downstairs radiators downstairs are not heating up because of blockages - other 3 are fine. I have tried Fernox F3 cleanser but it has had limited effect - bringing some heat up to TRVs to 2 of 3 rads.
My open vent system (Ideal Classic standard boiler) uses 8mm microbore and I have been told by someone that acid based cleaners are not suitable for microbore.
Is there a suitable sludge remover which could be used for my system? Would Fernox DS-40 be suitable to use on microbore?
