Hi guys,
The plastic 'Pull' switch connector has just snapped on my old (BFH2T) fan heater. I was stripping it down to repair, but come across a couple of recessed screws that I don't have tools for.

I thought that an External (Female) Torx would do it, but it won't.
The screw head is very similar to an external torx, but the 'teeth' are more blunt/square than the normal pointy ones.

I have quite a few 'security' type bits & sockets, but to no avail.

It'll be difficult to get a photo - but I'll try.
Does anyone know what these sockets / screw heads are called please ?

Also: Can I buy a plastic pull cord connector ?

many thanks

PS: Looks like they're called EXTERNAL TORX PLUS.
Am now searching for the appropriate tool. Don't seem to be much about.
