Soil branch

Hi guys,

Want to take a new 32mm basin waste into an unused point on an existing soil branch. Whats the best tool to cut out the pipe? I assume I will also need a solvent connector to fit onto the branch hole and take the 32mm waste pipe into?

Originaly thought the bit might push out but it seems you need to cut it.
