Thanks that may just work. I think it would be a standard branch straight in to one toilet then a Y135 below with a 45 bend. What do you mean by backwash?

Backwash > Backflow - one outlets waste backing up the other

Ok thanks. The method of using a Y135 below one normal tee should allow me to run the pipe on the wall on the left as you look at it which will make things easier to boss.

If the lower branch is a 135, then it looks like a 45 bend will do it.

135 branch 45 bend to take that to going up square then a 90 to pick the toilet pipe up I think it will work out

The 135 tee looks like it will work. I just need and offset to go in to it that will bring the pipe back to square. What offset would this be. A standard 45 degree offset won't do it.

Thanks do merchants usually sell more 110mm offsets than the 45 degree ones?
