soil stack

[Laburnum]

I am wanting to change my current cast iron soil stack into plastic.

The cast iron stack is 3 1/4" Dia.

is it possible to adapt onto this above ground level? so Im not messing about digging up concrete around the bottom of the pipe.

all comments and suggestions appreciated.

U can tell by all the response's its a grey area. There are rubber couplings with stainlees steel jubilee clips available but u would have to check whats the nearest size. made for underground so not nice lookin. Could cast a block of mortar around it ,are u gona replace the stack in 75mm soil or 110mm.?
