What are the regulation concerning the soil pipe route within a domestic property?
Am I right in thinking, it is permitted to run a 100mm pipe within a ceiling/floor void for a distance of 6 metres, providing the void allows for a 108mm fall?

Regs state 6m max for a single W.C., with 18mm/m fall.

So this would be ok then to run within the property (for 6M) through the ceiling void, providing it was a clear straight run.
6X18mm=108mm

Cant see why not. Worst case scenario is pan can be removed if access is necessary in future, although pipe with correct fall should never block anyway!
