Solar panels weather prediction?

Oh dear, seems no solar tomorrow, but exported 2 kWh today. I don't really worry about it, but being able to predict solar production would help to if worth doing washing overnight with off-peak or in the day using solar. With my EV tariff, no argument better overnight, but with some tariffs, off-peak not that good.
