I have an oldish Worcester boiler running on oil. out of 8 radiators only 4 of them are working. It is a small bore system with the temperature controls on the radiators. One of the rads not working the pipe leading to the rad is warm but not hot. to the other not working rads the pipes are cold. I have bleed all the rads.

Can anyone suggest a course of action?

Thanks

Alan

1. Look back in your files for evidence of anyone adding a chemical corrosion inhibitor to the system.
2. Faint at the shock realisation that nobody ever has.
3. Follow the drain and flush procedure given in the FAQ/Wiki.
4. Add a corrosion inhibitor on the last refill.
5. Come back here if you have problems.
