I believe there are some typos or other errors in this book. I hope an errata sheet will be published for free on the ECA web site. It is supposed to be a very good book though.
Along with a free copy of 7671, the ECA also sent out a free copy of the guide. Although I've only had a chance to glance through, it does look more comprehensive than the OSG. It's also in full colour.
It's a pity the NIC don't send out free copies of the regs and their guides, bearing in mind how much we all pay in.
