Soundproofing Insulation - Acoustic Roll

[Castironproblems]

I am installing a new ceiling and have fitted new joists to be attached with resilient bars and acoustic plasterboard.

Does anyone have advice on the best soundproofing insulation to use?

I had planned to use this acoustic roll from Knauf but am concerned it's not strong enough but not sure on whether it's a good choice and don't want to get it wrong
