Can anybody tell me what the electrical requirements are for these things?
like does it need its own feed from the consumer unit earthing requirements etc.
Thanks.

Wow quick reply, you sparks are almost as quick as us heating guys.
I don't know what bath I'm getting at the moment & was just wondering what the regs were as far as these things go ie earthing RCDs & power supply etc, if it does need its own supply then I'll run a cable through for the electrician while I've got everything ripped out.

if its heated in any way it may need a LOT of power and therefore a dedicated cuiruit otherwise it will probablly be ok on a spur from the ring.

it should be RCD protected and there should be some form of isolation reasonablly close (pull cord on the ceiling or wall switch on the landing).

if you don't know what you will be getting then it may be best to just run a 10mm² cable to the CU via a shower type switch. you can always fit a small breaker if the thing turns out not to need too much power.

Thanks Plugwash, the one thing I do know is it wont have a heater on it, if I have it heated then I'll never get the wife out of the thing....... might even have to cook me own dinner.

Blimey, plug - I never realised that you were familiar with Greek wiring regulations and their laws on who can do what...
