He wasn't jailed for spitting at the CEO. He was caught on a hidden camera - no CEO was involved - and jailed for fly tipping. THIS CAME A YEAR AFTER HE HAD A THREE MONTH SUSPENDED SENTENCE FOR SPITTING AT A TRAFFIC WARDEN.

Just in case people are not aware some councils have fly-tipping hotlines. But be careful as these types are often seriously nasty.

Best way to to many about these parasites is if you have a dashcam and got footage, send it to the coucil without your details or go to an itnernet cafe if they still exisit and post it on youtube etc.

Let the place out to a bunch of dead beats rent free there remit would be cause chaos

then when said councillor complains I would tell him who I am
