Ive just had new soffits and fascias fitted to the front of my property and when they removed the first row of tiles they noticed the staining on my membrane. The roof is only 6 years old and its breathable membrane but the staining is just on the outside under tiles nothing in loft. No cracks in tiles and battons all dry he couldnt work it out. Does anyone know what could be the cause.photo attached
