Due to a sloping site a step in DPC is needed. It's being rendered below DPC so I'm using blocks and a step of 215mm works out perfect as the interval floor is stepping down as well. But I'm not sure what I've got in mind will cut it with building control as it's one big step. I'll attach a rough sketch in case I'm not explaining it well.
