Stiff joystick Mixer tap

I have a twist and lift basin mixer tap, which has become quite stiff lifting and twisting. I’ve cleaned and even squirted wd40 where I can any suggestions without removing it.

If it's a mono mixer with a ceramic disk then all you can really do is replace the cartridge.
