The temperature control on my shower valve has become difficult to turn. It's about 6 months old, not heavily used, I'm not sure what make as it came free with the house(!), hence the picture. From reading other posts here, seems that lubrication with silicone grease is the answer - if so, can anyone tell me how to dismantle the thing please? I can't see any grub screws or allen bolts on the taps so I don't know how to remove them.
Thanks in advance.

Unscrew the chrome stalks and it should be obvious how it comes apart from there.

You're right, it is fantastically obvious once you do that. Thank you. Now I can get the thing apart, I'll post back if I'm not sure how to free it up.
