Hi all, hope you can help me.
My central heating and hot water systems both work fine, however when I switch off the central heating you start to hear what sounds like gushing water travelling through the water pipes next to the hot water tank. This only lasts a couple of minutes but it can become a bit noisey and I am worried it might be the warning for something more serious. The noise also occurs when I switch off the hot water system also.
I am not very knowledgeable on these matters but I do know it is a gas system and the actual boiler is in the garage, I thought about bleeding the radiators incase it was trapped air, but none of the radiators seem to have the bleed valve at the usual place on the top/side of the rads as I have seen them in the past.
many thanks in advance.

Your bleed valves will be on the back of rad possibly behind a little plastic cap
