I have a baxi bermuda combi 401 boiler. Following a power outage, only the HW control worked from the programmer, the CH control did nothing. However the radiators heated up. The CH thermostat has no effect.

I assumed it was the programmer so I fitted a new Honeywell ST6400C (was Honeywell ST7100) but the problem is still here.

Any ideas ?

Many thanks

Eric

Have you got 2 x 2 port zone valves or 1 x 3 port valve in your airing cupboard? Check this out, as ashwood says probably have to look no further

Thanks for your replies, much appreciated.

I should have mentioned I know nothing about CH. However, there is a Honeywell 22mm 3 Port Mid Pos Valve V4073A1039 as you suspected
