Strange stop cock key

Hi,
Ive just had the waterboard showing me how to isolate my water in my house as my internal stop cock valve needs changed.
I had a crutch key for turning the underground valve but the actual handle must have snapped some time ago so all that is showing is a square like valve.The man used a tool with a square key with a square key at one end(for turning the underground valve off) and the handle was approximately 1 meter with cross piece to use a handle.
Does anyone know if you can purchase such a tool.I suppose if not I can try and get a one made from a utility key.

You need a hydrant key:

Confirm with the seller that it will fit as I have 3 various fittings that will go on to my hydrant key.

my one has two sizes of square, the little one inside the big one, and notches at the side for T handles. As you see I have both a stopcock and a hydrant.
