Stud wall questions

I've got a unit that I want to add an office to.
It needs to have a window and a door.
My questions are.
What would be best for the stud wall construction wood or metal?
I'm leaning towards metal as it's just industrial space?
What type of insulation would you recommend also?
I want to keep costs as low as possible.

Happy to take any pointers or things to look out for too.

Too vague; overall size? height? will it have a ceiling?
Does it need insulation (if you are keeping costs down)?

Ok,
Overall size will be about 5m x 5m
The ceiling is fairly low (around 2.5m) so was just going to build to the ceiling.
As for insulation I'm thinking it will end up paying for itself as I will have the office heated.
