Suggestion to Paint Entire House To Sell

I have a 2 bedroom detached house in the UK that needs wallpaper stripping throughout and painting throughout - with the intention to sell.

Im wondering:

What is the best colour to paint all the rooms to sell? Offwhite? Magnolia?

In terms of lining paper what is the best brand to buy in terms of finish/value for money? Ive read Wickes 1400 is good? Any thoughts?

Finally what is the best paint brand to buy?

We, well the otherhalf has decided i should paint the house white as white, with wallpaper only either side of the chimney breast in a different colour, looks modern.
The kitchen will be white as well looks very clean
Lining paper, the thicker stuff covers most sins no preference to makes.

We used dulux matt. Covered recently skimmed plaster fine, matt shows less marks in my eyes.
