surrey flange question

I am installing a pump under the bath as my shower does not have enough pressure. The hot water line runs from the cylinder to the bath and to the kitchen below. Can I install a surrey flange and the "branch" be shared by the pump and other services? Whilst the part of the flange going up be connected only to the vent?
