SWAN ESSENTIALS SW2010W

Hi,

I've recently purchased a SWAN ESSENTIALS SW2010W washing machine, but i cannot get it to wash and use the fabric conditioner. . .

Ive tried it on a few different washes and its all the same, is there something i'm doing wrong here??
