if i wire my lighting in 1.5 but my switch drops in 1mm will this cause any problems? (i have 16mm tube down the walls for the switches)

it should'n be a problem as long as the Zs value for the circuit satisfies the Max Zs value for the protective device for the Circuit.

why would you want to do that? 1mm² and 1.5mm² aint that much different in size

other than that, its most likely that itll be OK

i have 16mm tube down my walls and the 1mm can be pulled through instead of me chasing out the walls....
