Sylfire coolfit GU10 Bulbs - Replace With LED

Hi,

I've currently have a GU10 mains downlight in my porch. The installation instructions say it requires "forward heat aliminim reflector" lamps and not to use dichroic lamps.

Would it be ok to use an GU10 LED bulb in this fitting ? as I have a few left over from putting them in my kitchen. And I have no idea if LED is a dichroic lamp or not.
