My old Ideal Classic boiler needs changing.The current set up has a Header Tank and Copper Cylinder etc.I understand that a system boiler has the expansion vessel and pump built in,but will i need have the Cylinder changed as well? If so would you guys suggest that I go for a Heat only boiler given that my pump is only 2 months old?

System boiler sounds best idea. If cylinder in good condition, no need to change except maybe upgrade insulation. CH pump and valves only cost about £70, worth the loss. Obviously the pipework will have to be changed.
