Tabletop dishwasher and washing machine, How do I get both..

Just got myself A tabletop dishwasher, I already have a washing machine, what I want to do is to plumb in the water to both and wastage to both.

The washing machine is already plumbed in!

The washing machine is connected to the water supply, and the drainage is only enough for the washing machine wasteage, can I buy a t pipe or something, so that I can have a pipe running from both.

you could use a Y piece for the inlet pipes , and i suggest you extend the stand pipe with a t piece for the outlet
