Tap and heat symbols at end of cycle

I have a Bosch dishwasher SMV40C20GB/49 and at the end of the cycle with clean warm dishes I have the tap and heat symbols showing on the panel. If opened early the dishes are in steam so water and heat are good. I’ve read many posts with one or other lights on but not both. All impellers/pipes are clean and the machine ends with clean dry dishes.
Any suggestions would be helpful!
