Tap gland size? Need help.

Kitchen sink mixer tap started leaking. Took the glad out expecting it to be a standard 1/2 inch one.
Unfortunately the whole cylinder is narrower and the thread is tighter.
Any suggestions what size I should be looking for as soon far I cant find a matching one
