Tap head

Can anybody help with how to take the head off this tap ? I need to replace the washer the dripping is driving me mad! I thought there would be a screw under the blue plastic button but can see one. Ive tried a key as well and wont fit.

No washer to change. You will need a new valve for that tap.
Often easier to just fit new taps.
There will be a grub screw behind the blue indice
